What are your tasks?
As an Application Engineer you reinforce the Business Development Unit Air Heat Exchangers, which supplies a wide range of Air Cooler Products from standard components to tailor made solutions. Your customers will be players in the Cooling Technology, HVAC-market, Industrial Refrigeration and Utility Market. You will speak with project managers, installers, consultants, contractors engineers and system builders in industrial refrigeration and HVAC. Together with your team members you realize the commercial objectives of the BU with focus on Western Europe.
Your task is to create and design the optimal solution for the customer specific needs by asking the right questions and offering your technical knowhow during this process. You convert them into concrete orders and a sustainable relationship.
You mainly work from the office (90%) and you visit the customer together with the Sales Engineer. You will also coordinate projects in close cooperation with the customer and our factories abroad.

Who are we looking for?
You are a proactive, self-starting and customer-oriented person. You understand the power of team play, you create opportunities and have an entrepreneurial mentality and constantly looking for new challenges.

What do you have?
• You have a degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent or proven experience and / or technical knowledge in the field of refrigeration
• You have knowledge of air-cooled heat exchangers or are able to acquire this by internal trainings
• You have relevant work experience
• Knowledge of office programs
• You have commercial talent and your goal is to succeed in whatever you are doing
• You have excellent communication skills in Dutch, English and German in word and writing.
