Semi-Automated Wrapping Solutions

Function

• After a training period in Haloila Bulgaria and with the Mima OSS Technical Coordinator France you will be responsible for the installation, repairs and maintenance of semi-automated Rotating Arm Wrapping Machines (Girotec & CobraX) in the Paris region and in the North of France in the Logistics market-segment.
• Collaborating with the Logistics Sales Team and Mima Films Customer Service you will guarantee and improve customer satisfaction by providing technical assistance and troubleshooting by phone or by interventions on site.
• By diagnosing breakdowns and technical prob-lems you will issue quotations for machine-repairs or -replacements.
• You will work closely together with Haloila Bul-garia and with the Technical Coordinator on technical issues..
• You will report directly to the Mima OSS Tech-nical Coordinator France.

Profile

• For this exciting and rewarding role we are look-ing for candidates with a technical qualification and a relevant experience as service and/or maintenance technician for semi-automated ma-chines in an industrial environment.
• You are a dedicated and responsible person who shows a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
• You are well organized and efficient and you have a thorough and methodic approach in dealing with
and finding solutions for technical problems.
• You have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and you can demonstrate excellent communica-tion skills.
• You are meticulous, disciplined and accurate in handling all jobrelated administration.
• You are fluent in French with a good practical command of English (verbal & written).
• This position is field based and requires extensive traveling : 4 days/week in the North of France. and in the Paris region.
