Search & Selection is the exclusive HR partner of a European Investment Fund that participates in young African companies. We are asked to map the entrepreneurial qualities of the founder(s) and key team members, so that the Fund can make a well-considered decision when deciding in which entrepreneurs it believes in and thus in which companies it wishes to invest.
