About the job
The purpose of the job is to help customers with technical operational issues by operating a Global Marine Service Desk (together with Global Technical Specialists), as well as scheduling and coordinating field service requests received through the Service Desk. The job also includes planning and preparing the field service and managing customer cases.
Who you are
You are a solution-driven, task and result-oriented person with a strong customer first mindset. You are a structured planner who is able to make fast decisions and collaborate to make things happen.
What you know
You have customer service experience, as well as experience in case management and planning tools. Knowledge of marine industry and its applications is an advantage. You are fluent in English, verbal and written, and good cross-cultural communication skills.
The position will be based in Breda and will report to the Regional Service Desk Manager EMEA
