Karl is an expert in strategic transformation and enhancing personal impact.
He has extensive experience in corporate HR leadership and coaching. In 2014, Karl decided to work as a coach, author, speaker, facilitator and consultant on fulltime basis. He coaches in three languages (EN-NL-FR) worldwide.
Karl is Master Certified Coach (MCC) as acknowledged by the International Coaching Federation, where he is a Global Subject Matter Expert. In addition, he teaches at various business schools and is an author of books on leadership and coaching.
Stefaan is a mentor and sparring partner for top executives at Flemish, regional and local administrations in government, non-profit and social profit. By challenging them, allowing them to reflect and by sharing information and experience, he allows them to grow further in their positions.
Stefaan himself was active for 15 years in senior management positions in the Flemish government: as administrator-general at the Agency for Youth Welfare and temporary managing official at the Department for Welfare, Public Health and Family. In 2011, he was awarded government manager of the year by the Flemish Association for Governance and Policy (VVBB).
Stefaan is certified as a professional coach for government managers by InterCoach through the Flemish government.
As an expert in human resources and as an organizational psychologist Tom has a deep and practical understanding of HR in its broad sense. He strongly believes in a no-nonsense approach. After his specialized training in professional coaching he received his certificate as coach at MBTI. He believes in the power of reflective feedback and helps sculpting his coachees' talents.
Kristel Dillen is an expert in managing and developing human capital and human relationship. She has experience as a business owner, HR manager and as business consultant in production and service sectors, and SME's, both on a national and international level.

For more than 20 years Ilsa has been passionate about helping employees develop while working as an HR and talent Manager in both multinationals and SME's. As of 2018 she has been using her experience and new insights to support organizations in their further development of human capital. She helps to strengthen their efficiency by focussing on (self)leadership, connective communication, giving constructive feedback, cooperating... to enable both teams and invididuals to reach their full potential. Her interests include agile working, sociocracy and more than ever she is convinced that motivated, healthy employees are core to each and every organization, especially in the VUCA world of today (volatile, uncertian, complex, ambiguous).

Since 2017 Jeroen has been combining his passion for coaching with his other passion, namely sports. As a mental coach he guides athletes and their trainers to reach their full potentials. Businesses can learn a lot from top sports and vice versa. Both sectors demand mental peak performances.
Pascale has 20 years of experience as a psychologist in human resources. Not only does she coach with a problemsolving and competence driven approach, she also works as a career guidance coach to help employees who are experiencing high stress levels or suffer from burn-outs.
Sandra has been working in the HR world as an employer, manager and consultant since 1997. She is passionate about human psychology and wants to help organizations and employees to realize their full potentials. While coaching she focusses on positive psychology by enhancing competences, increasing efficiency and persuasive leadership. She also works around topics such as stress, burnout and career guidance.
Sandra is Professional Certified Coach (PCC) as acknowledged by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
After a 20 year career in training and education, Lieve started her own business as trainer and coach in 2009. She has been accredited by Insights Discovery and facilitates among other things corporate education programmes revolving around team development, personal efficiency, conflict management, 360-feedback and leadership.
As a certified coach she is specialized in consulting employees who experience stress and burn-out as a career guidance coach.
Jürgen has been active as a professional coach, trainer and career guidance coach since 2013. With a healthy dose of motivation and expertise he guides employees and teams towards new and more profound insights. To this purpose he regularly employs powerful, physical and creative working methods alongside classic conversation methods. This way the experience and gained insights become more captivating and the set goals can be achieved much sooner.

Throughout her entire professional career she has been specializing in group dynamic processes, connective communication and conflict management. Her driving force is trusting the growth potential of people and the dynamic that emerges when teams start to really work together.
Tom focusses on individual coaching, leadership and behavioural competences. He is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) as acknowledged by the International Coaching Federation.
Tom is also a senior project manager at Search & Selection for recruitment, selection and assessment for both private as governmental organizations.
Search & Selection is a registered service provider of the SME portfolio for coaching (DV. O241579). This means that Flemish SMEs that rely on our advice at an organizational level can benefit from a subsidy advantage. For small companies, a subsidy percentage of 30% applies, with a maximum of 7,500 euros per year. For medium-sized enterprises, a subsidy percentage of 20% applies, also with a maximum of 7,500 euros per year.
