Function
• After an intensive training period (Finland and Denmark) you will be responsible managing and developing the service and after sales operations in France. • Leading a Service Profit Center (Le-Bourget-du-Lac, Savoie) you will manage, coordinate, train and motivate a growing team of Service Technicians, Software Engineers and backoffice staff. • You will coach your Service Team in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing technical support and expert service assistance, including PLC programming, installations, upgrading, repairs and maintenance. • You are responsible for sales development of Service Solutions for both existing as new machines customers in France territory.
• You will work closely together with colleagues in the European Service Organization, the Machines and Stretch Film Sales Team and with the Production and Design departements. • You will initiate continuous improvement initiatives and innovations and you will participate in developing the Service Strategy for France. •You will report directly to the Global Director After Sales Services in Masku, Finland.
Profile
• For this position we are looking for a talented professional with a higher degree in Automation, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering or similar and a succesful experience managing a service profit center and field service team in an industrial environment. • You have a good understanding of Industrial Automation with knowledge of PLC programming and with preferaby a basic know-how of mechanical engineering.• You have strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others by providing clear guidelines and setting priorities. • You have high autonomy and you are committed to delivering excellent customer service in following up on service projects from start to finish. • You are a good customer relationship builder with strong negotiation and commercial skills.
• You have a real problemsolving attitude with good administrative and reporting skills. • You are fluent in French & English. • You are preferably living in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes or you are prepared to stay closer to the office in Le-Bourget-du-Lac for certain periods of time. • You are willing to travel intensively all over France with occasional visits to other European countries.
