Our team of experts offers a centralized approach to managing and coordinating international projects in combination with a decentralized on-the-ground execution, local sourcing, screening and assessment.
A centralized international recruitment approach saves on operational costs. Instead of staffing a scattered number of local offices abroad, we invest in improving best practices and in building a powerful international sourcing database. We have developed our own web based communication and information platform for worldwide candidate management, follow-up, interaction, monitoring and screening. We go for minimal time-to-market and maximal result.
From our Belgian headquarters we prepare, research and coordinate most of our international search campaigns, while interviews and final selection rounds are usually organized on-location abroad. Advanced filters in our Applicant Tracking & Management System combined with preliminary online screenings and telephone interviews enable us to move forward with only the most relevant and genuinely motivated candidates.
All interview sessions are scheduled to take place within the shortest period of time, which requires intensive planning in advance. Speaking from experience, a single week of interviews on-location takes at least four weeks of planning and preparing in order to make our sessions abroad as efficient as possible.
