Our team of consultants in Ghent is looking for a:

Trainee psychology (M/F) - Bachelor

Function

You will actively participate in the selection process. Based on a thorough briefing regarding the vacancy, and considering the chosen method of recruitment (advertisement, direct mail, internet and/or database search,…) you will contact potential candidates. Together with an experienced consultant, you will interview suitable applicants. You will interpret and correct test results and attend assessment centres. You will write selection reports.

Profile

You will soon take your Bachelor's degree in psychology. You have a keen sense of initiative and responsibility. You have perseverance and you are eager to learn a lot. You are comfortable with the use of MS Office.

Kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels is aangewezen.

Offer

This is an excellent opportunity to learn ‘on the job’. It is also possible to compose your thesis or final paper at Search & Selection.
You will be employed in Ghent, a fascinating university city. Moreover, our office is easy to reach by public transportation. Location

Because we invest a lot of time in the coaching of our apprentices, we only can offer long-term work placement.
