45 years of Search & Selection: craftsmanship in finding, assessing and developing talent

In October 2022, Search & Selection celebrates its 45th anniversary. After our start in 1977, we quickly grew to become a prominent face in the hr landscape. At an early stage, we pioneered information technology in personnel selection. Looking for and assessing candidates is still our great strength. For this, we can rely on a robust team of seasoned consultants who can leave their mark in various sectors. 

It remains our top priority to offer our customers the highest-quality hr solutions. Since the 2000s, we have diversified our range of services, strengthened our market position and continued professionalisation supported by numerous quality labels. These include our specialised divisions: Seven Seas for international search, NXT for coaching and training, and HRAfrinvest for international HR services. These specialisations ensure strong focus and better recognition.
