Training All employees can make use of training programmes to further develop themselves. This is done by means of internal or external training courses or through intervision sessions. Search & Selection is registered for the supplementary training plan of the ANPCB under the CAO of 19/09/2011. All new Search & Selection employees receive a comprehensive training programme. This programme consists of knowledge and skills training as well as an introduction to the deontological and values framework. In addition, new employees are being coached on the job to learn the professional skills from their senior colleagues.
