The European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE), with central office in Grimbergen is a voluntary organisation representing over 7000 infertility specialists, embryologists, geneticists, stem cell scientists, developmental biologists, technicians and nurses worldwide. Following its continuous growth, ESHRE is seeking to extend its staff and is now looking to recruit a well motivated and enthusiastic, m/f MEMBERSHIP & CERTIFICATION ASSISTANT.

Fonction

Following an initiation/training program you will be primarily in charge of managing our membership database and will be involved in coordinating, planning and administering of professional certification projects and CME (Continuing Medical Education) applications.

Profil

For this position we are looking for university/higher education level candidates with experience in data processing and project planning. Relevant candidates are service minded, well organised, with an eye for detail and capable of working within a small, but devoted team in an international environment. A good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is a prerequisite. Knowledge of other European languages is an additional asset. Candidates should be willing to travel abroad and attend meetings of the Certification Steering Committees outside regular working hours and during weekends.
