Search & Selection continues to focus on high-quality service in 2024–2025. To this end, we systematically survey candidates and clients, after which we compile their feedback into the annual S&S Quality Report. This provides us with valuable insights to continuously strengthen our operations.
Candidate experience
After each assessment, candidates share their experiences through an online evaluation. They assess, among other things, the guidance provided by consultants, the clarity of the assessment, and the professional approach. Overall satisfaction remains high: candidates indicate that they receive clear explanations, feel at ease, and have confidence in the expertise of our consultants.

In addition, we follow up with candidates 3 and 6 months after starting their new role. The results show that most candidates integrate smoothly and feel supported by colleagues and managers. They indicate that they are able to apply the right competencies and have confidence in their continued growth within the organization.
Client experiences
Clients also evaluate our work after selection processes and after the start of a new employee. Although not all private organizations complete the post-project evaluation, the available results show high satisfaction with our communication, reporting, and collaboration with the project manager.
Within the public sector, the survey is conducted by Poolstok. In both 2024 and 2025, Search & Selection once again achieved the highest score of all partners (4.62/5), with a particularly strong rating for the price-quality ratio.
Follow-up surveys after 3 and 6 months show that new employees generally perform well, demonstrate engagement, and provide clear added value within the team.

Continuous improvement
We are proud of the positive evaluations, but we also take improvement points into account to further refine our services. In this way, we continue to build a high-quality, transparent, and respectful approach for both candidates and organizations.
